Dr. Quiana M. Shamsid-Deen, LMSW, DSW is a social entrepreneur and restauranteur. Dr. Shamsid-Deen andher husband Ambassador Waleed Shamsid-Deen founded Supreme Foods Worldwide, which houses twofranchise restaurants, Supreme Burger and Supreme Fish Delight with multiple locations throughout MetroAtlanta including locations in Playa del Carmen Mexico, Charleston South Carolina, and coming soon, JacksonvilleFlorida. Additionally, Dr. Shamsid-Deen serves as the Executive Director of Supreme Family Foundation.Supreme Family Foundation is committed to eradicating food insecurity, providing economic opportunities andcultural exposure for the community. They operate a Halal Meals on Wheels and Halal School Free & Reducedlunch program that has provided up to 15,000 meals a week to K-12 youth and senior citizens throughout MetroAtlanta. Dr. Shamsid-Deen received her Doctorate of Social Work from the University of Southern California,where her capstone was focused on program development that addresses closing the racial wealth gap throughinvestment into Black-Owned businesses as a redefined approach to reparations. She received her Masters ofSocial Work from Fordham University, began her undergraduate studies at Florida A & M University, andgraduated from Western Connecticut States University with a Bachelors of Social Work. With Jamaican heritage,Dr. Shamsid-Deen originates from Queens NY, and Danbury CT. She currently resides in Atlanta GA with herhusband, 3 bonus children: Na'Im, Layla, & Siraj Shamsid-Deen, and 2 children Micah & Aya Shamsid-Deen. Sheis also the mother to the late Nya Iman Shamsid-Deen, who obtained her wings in 2017.

BACHIROU SECK
 

Bachirou Seck AKA Bashir Laye is an UCAD (Cheikh Anta Diop University of Dakar) graduate with a B.A in English with a concentration on American Civilization and Literature.He worked for almost ten years at ChildFund Senegal as sponsor relations supervisor,inhouse translator/interpreter, and local fundraising officer. Currently, Bashir is the CEO of CPM24, a pioneering West African public-private partnership firm based in Dakar, Senegal.Recently, he has been appointed Chief Advisor to the Office of Special Envoy of the Republic of Sierra Leone Ambassador Waleed Shamsid-Deen and represents the interest of many
Muslim and African-American businesses. His cultural competence and connections at the highest level of West African governments and with business, social and religious leaders have enabled Bashir to actively engage in bridging the gap between Africans on the continent and people of African descent especially those in the USA over the last twenty-five years. His actions embrace sectors including foreign direct investment, culture, education, knowledge and technology transfer, tourism etc. Bashir’s vision to is to inform policies and urge decision makers to give articles of power to credible and most outstanding people among people of African descent especially African-Americans so that they will have authority to work with and within American government and beyond. As an international adviser, Bashir has facilitated and hosted recently high-level delegations from organizations like NMBC (National Muslim Business Council), The Collective, NABAA, Supreme Foundation etc.He is also very active in the interfaith dialogue and work as an advisor to many religious leaders in West Africa (Senegal, The Gambia, Sierra Leone, Guinea Bissau, Cote d’Ivoire etc.). Over the last ten years he facilitated conferences hosted by the Layene Community (Dakar, Senegal) in partnership with the US Embassy of Dakar, as part their Ramadan guest speaker program. Prominent leaders from the USA hosted the program including Dr Souad Ali (Head of the Islamic Studies at Arizona State University), Dr. Rami Nashashibi (CEO IMAN - Inter-City Muslim Action Network, Chicago), and Dr. Alex Zito, Navati Group Africa Program Deputy Manager.

CPA.  Nafisah has had an interest in business and taxation since childhood and have worked to build a career that strategizes and solves the tax problems of business owners.

ADEIDRA WASHINGTON
 

Adeidra D. Washington has over 10-years of small-business and nonprofit management experience. After obtaining her BA in Journalism from Hampton University in 2006, Ms. Washington attended Troy University where she received a Master's in Public Policy in 2011. Currently, Adeidra serves as Director of Operations for Supreme Foods Worldwide, the parent company of Supreme Fish Delight, Supreme Burger, Supreme Seniors, and, Supreme Family Foundation.
 
For more than a decade, Adeidra has managed franchisee relations for nine Supreme Fish Delight franchisee locations through Metro- Atlanta and the newest quick-service restaurant concept Supreme Burger. Adeidra also oversees vendor relations, restaurant expansion, acquisitions, and government contracts for all profit and nonprofit Supreme brands. During the 2020 Covid pandemic, Adeidra and the Supreme Foods Worldwide executive team acquired nearly $1 million in funding through government contracts, grants, and community partnerships.

SOPHIA FLOWERS​
 

Sophia Flowers is no stranger to business, investing, and securities. Having received her degree in Business Management from the School of Business at Hampton University, she’s been able to apply her education in a wide array of scenarios to make for an expansive portfolio. She currently serves as the Strategic Global Consultant and Compliance Director for Shamsid-Deen & Associates where she manages a portfolio of small businesses interested in raising $1.07M to $5M in funding through community investment initiatives in both the public and private sector. With experience working at one of ‘the big four’ brokerages, Sophia was able to consolidate over $200 million in outside assets for portfolio management to enhance company earnings. 

 

With a strong skillset in understanding and identifying client’s individual investment needs, Sophia is credited with determining the best financial resolutions, performing portfolio risk assessments, and enhancing diversification, all while identifying opportunities for attrition and risk. With this knowledge and experience gained from the securities industry, Sophia has assisted several small businesses in meeting SEC compliance regulations to raise millions in equity-based funding. She proudly lends her expertise to each client to help manage and strategically plan the compliance, registration, and creative processes to bring each company’s offerings to the market. Her primary goal is to understand and support every client’s business model and goals, while helping each company prepare to raise capital.

 

When Sophia is not assisting small businesses with securing funding, she proudly serves as the owner of a tax preparation company, SRF Tax Services LLC. Since 2016, she’s serviced clients nationwide. With over 9 years of tax preparation experience, Sophia provides clientele with exceptional personal and business tax consulting services. Her ultimate goal is to help expose and educate minority youth to the principles and basics of investing, while instilling the importance of learning about diverse investment options as a means of creating a pathway to personal and generational wealth.

IMAM MANSOOR SABREE

Imam Mansoor Sabree is an activist, social entrepreneur and nonprofit
leader. He is the director of the Inner-City Muslim Action Network -in Atlanta Ga. (IMAN-Atlanta ) A grassroots organization focused on health, wellness and healing in the inter-cities of the United State. IMAN’s programs offer a holistic approach to community organizing, arts and culture, transitional housing, spiritual development, life skills education, construction training, and job placement support for at risk youth and returning citizens after incarceration. IMAN is part of a larger national campaign that works on grassroots issues affecting communities of color in urban neighborhoods across the United States. Imam Sabree serves on the Board of Directors of the Atlanta Masjid of Al-Islam. Atlanta’s oldest Mosque and Accredited k-12 Islamic School. Recently he was recognized amongst the “ Who’s Who 40 under 40 Muslim Leaders in Georgia” and inducted into the board of Religious Leaders at the historic Morehouse College. Imam Sabree has travel and studied in the Middle East and West Africa. He currently resides in Atlanta with his amazing wife and 5 children.

MARC PARHAM
 

Marc E. Parham is a small business expert, professional speaker, radio host and author of the book “Yes I Can – Develop My Idea and Start My Own Business and serves as INSERT for Shamsid-Deen & Associates. He has been working for over 20 years to help people start and grow businesses.He provides articles, information and resources to help start and grow small businesses. He also the director of Entrepreneurship at the Urban League of Greater Atlanta.

MUSA DAN-FODIO
 

Musa Dan-Fodio is an attorney and serves as Chief Litigator for The Dan-Fodio Law Group, PC. He heads the firm’s international human rights, public interest, civil and criminal litigation matters. As an experienced trial lawyer and former Managing Attorney at Hyatt Legal Services, he has successfully represented over 90% of the case types which concern national minorities, refugees and indigenous communities. By using international legal standards, he advises clients on how to empower themselves by incorporating such standards into the administration of justice in international, federal and state court disputes. (1990 - Present) 

Dr. Dan-Fodio serves as Chaplain to Muslim and non-Muslim students at the Atlanta University Center (AUC), Council of Chaplains. He counsels all college students regarding the necessity of taking the spiritual approach toward career development, relationship building, volunteerism, and community activism. By collaborating with the administration, faculty and staff at the five HBCUs of the AUC (Morehouse, Spelman, Clark Atlanta, Morris Brown, and Interdenominational Theological Seminary) on several projects/events throughout the year, he serves as a liaison on behalf of student interest. The Black Lives Matter movement has received the benefit of Dr. Dan-Fodio’s counsel on conflict resolution with State entities. 

He serves as Chancellor at the American Institute of Human Rights which provides training for Human Rights Defenders and Monitors on matters affecting victims of Crimes Against Humanity (Africans, African-Americans, Bosnians, Gullah-Geechee, et al.) as well as developing training courses for state police agencies on United Nations International Standards on Policing and Proper Use of Force. (2001- Present) 

Dr. Dan-Fodio serves as a Legal Consultant for the International Human Rights Association of American Minorities (IHRAAM), a NGO in consultative status with the United Nations. He served as a speaker at the First International Conference on the Right To Self-Determination and the United Nations, Geneva, Switzerland; a delegate to the United Nations World Conference Against Racism, Durban, South Africa; and a moderator at the Chicago Conference 2012: “From Civil Rights to Human Rights.” He was a presenter at the National Endowment for The Humanities sponsored conference on “Islamic West Africa’s Legacy Of Literacy & Music To America and The World” where he presented two papers entitled (1) “Scholars of Peace: A Pathway to Alternative Dispute Resolution For African-Americans” and (2) “Globalization of the Reparations Movement and The Ancient African Manuscripts.” Dr. Dan-Fodio co- sponsored the Continuing Legal Education seminar entitled: “International Human Rights: What Judges, Prosecutors, and Lawyers Need To Know.” 

Dr. Dan-Fodio is the President of First Nations Trust Corporation, where he manages its business development operations and coordinates the company’s affiliated wealth management entities. He serves as Corporate Legal Counsel for Onyx Equity Traders Inc., the nation’s fastest growing “Remote Proprietary Options Trading Firm.” He provides legal representation to the corporation and its employees by offering advice on issues like contracts, property interests, negotiations, litigation and other legal proceedings. (2012 - Present) 

EDUCATION 

Musa Dan-Fodio received his Doctorate of Jurisprudence degree at John Marshall Law School; Doctorate of International Law degree at Barrington University/ IHRAAM Institute for International Legal Studies, supervised by Dr. Yusuf Kly; Masters of International Business Administration studies at the Monterey Institute of International Studies; Bachelor of Science degree at the University of Wisconsin-Milwaukee. (1974- 2000) 

Dr. Dan-Fodio, for over 30 years, has been admitted to practice law in the U.S. Court of Appeals, U.S. District Court, Georgia Supreme Court, Georgia Court of Appeals, Georgia Superior and State Courts. He has been a member of the International Council of Jurists, International Bar Association, American Bar Association and the Georgia Bar Association. He has served in the following capacities: Human Rights Defender, UN Commission on Human Rights; Legal Advisor, Somali-American Trade and Economic Council; Board Member, African Trade Center, Inc.; Chairman, International Lawyers Exchange Committee, State Bar of Georgia; 1000 Lawyers For Justice; Member, Georgia Trial Lawyers Association; and Member, Gate City Bar Association. (1990- Present)
